MALDA DISTRICT POLICE CELEBRATES YOGA WEEK

As part of the observance of the International Day of Yoga 2026, Malda District Police organized a grand Yoga Session at Malda Police Lines, witnessing enthusiastic participation from more than 500 police officers, personnel, family members, and children.

The programme was attended by senior police officers and dignitaries. The yoga session was conducted by an experienced yoga expert, who shared valuable insights on the importance of yoga in achieving physical health, mental peace, emotional balance, and a disciplined lifestyle. Participants performed various yogic practices and meditation techniques under expert guidance.
